Our team brings extensive private investing experience, working closely with healthcare companies to drive performance, scale operations, and create long-term value.

Ben Cannon
Mr. Cannon has spent 20 years in Private Equity and Venture Capital, investing in transformational companies at different stages across a variety of healthcare sub-sectors. He launched Cue Growth in 2022 as a unique and needed model that has already delivered thru the sale of AVS to Stryker Corp (NYSE: SYK) for up to $835 Million, among other recent Cue Growth investments such as Field Medical in PFA alongside $100+ Billion public market cap Strategics. Prior to the Stryker Corp sale, Cue Growth was the largest dollar investor and multi-time Co-Lead investor in Amplitude Vascular Systems.
Prior to Co-Founding Cue Growth, he was most recently a Principal in Healthcare at a $250 Billion in assets under management firm, focused predominantly on private equity, growth and venture capital. Prior to his investment career, Ben was a Healthcare Analyst on Wall Street. On a personal note, his true joy is his wife and three kids who live in the NYC area. He grew up in the great state of Michigan, where he won a High School Wrestling State Title and then attended Brown University while wrestling on the D-1 Ivy League program.

Alyssa Murstein
Known as "the Mayor" within certain New York City circles, Alyssa started her career nearly 20 years ago at Morgan Stanley and Jefferies, serving investment bankers through their operational and human capital needs.
As a Co-Founder of Cue Growth, she is involved with all Operational and Investor Relations activities of the investment firm. There are few people liked more than Alyssa, who engages in dialogue with all participants in Cue's ecosystem including Limited Partners, Executives of Current and potential Portfolio Companies, and other third parties engaged with the investment firm.
Regarding the recent sale of AVS to Stryker Corp (NYSE: SYK) for up to $835 Million, she was a critical resource for Limited Partners after a relatively short investment period.
She enjoys the unique relationships that allow Cue to invest in the most impactful medical devices and healthcare companies.
